Villa Lime Blossom is an exclusive, spacious 280 square metre remodeled heritage villa featuring 3 Bedrooms each with an Ensuite Bathroom, a Full Kitchen with Breakfast Bar, spacious Sitting/Dining Room, Games Room and Laundry.

The Villa's 4th bathroom is the divine Blue Bathhouse with Freestanding Starlet Bathtub, an adjacent Sauna and a refreshing Open Air Rain Shower on the deck.  

The vast 350 square metre deck is perfect for stylish tropical entertaining and outdoor living and features a large Private Swimming Pool, Poolside Daybed Pavilion, Poolside 6-person Whirlpool Spa and landscaped tropical gardens.

The wide deck includes a Mobile BBQ, Al Fresco Dining table & chairs, Sun loungers, and there's even an outdoor Children's Playground as well as Table Tennis and Table Soccer.

At the centre of Villa Lime Blossom is the original heritage home of legendary trading schooner skipper, Captain Andy Thomson, hand-built of coral and limestone. Named in honour of Captain Andy’s beloved schooner ‘Tiare Taporo’ (meaning Lime Blossom in Tahitian), the villa’s broad front verandah is where he entertained renowned South Seas authors Robert Dean Frisbie and Tom Neale with muddled rum ‘n’ limes, as they shared their passions for islands and adventuring.

The 3-Bedroom Private Pool & Spa Villa Lime Blossom is perfect for a large family or extended family group, a group of 3 couples or small corporate groups seeking an exclusive retreat to relax, revive and renew enjoyment in each other’s company, in complete privacy.

Villa Lime Blossom is ideal as a central hub and meeting place for family, wedding or corporate groups where some of the party are staying within The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Lagoonarium and/or adults-only sister resort, Sanctuary Rarotonga-on the beach, both just opposite across the main Circle Island Road.  

If you have purchased a Breakfast-Inclusive Rate, please note that Daily Tropical Breakfast Buffet is served at The Rarotongan’s Restaurant. Alternatively, there is also a "Room Only No Breakfast Rate" for a self service option using the Full Kitchen facilities of your Villa.  There is a small grocery store a short walk from the Villa.  Room service is not available at Villa Lime Blossom.
